The party started. A different 1 May for many Messina. A forgotten place that returns to live. The Ringo beach, for years neglected and unknown to the new generations as a bathing place, is today at the center of an important recovery and enhancement operation. To celebrate this rebirth, the commissioner Massimo Finocchiaro, in collaboration with the Centro Messina Centro Association, promoted a special initiative: A day entirely dedicated to the workers’ party, right on the Ringo beach. Thursday 1 May 2025, from 10 to 21, the beach will host a series of free activities open to all citizens. Animation for adults and children will be curated by Messina Social City, while the Team Volley Sports Society Messina will organize beach volleyball tournaments. From 16 to 9 pm, live music and DJ set with Maurizio present and the Mixla Due group will animate the afternoon and the evening.
