Great Sicily: Vincenzo Santonocito 3,531 votes, Francesco Alparone 3.304, Maria Grazia Rotella 2.512.
Forza Italia: Roberto Barbagallo 5,174 votes, Melania Luana Miraglia 4.336, Antonino Montemagno 4.123, Antonino Anzalone 3.734.
Democratic Party the alternative: Graziano Calanna 4,877 votes, Giuseppa Maria Antonia Giardinelli 3.039.
Brothers of Italy: Alessandro Campisi 5,898 votes, Gesualdo Grimaldi 4.151, Santo Found 4,104, Mario Fabio Savasta 3,590, Emilio Pappalardo 3,034.
Alloy: Sergio Guttadauria 2,400 votes, Alfio d’Urso 2,277, Ruggero Agatino Strange 1,978.
Christian Democracy: Angelo Spina 2.617 votes.
