Francesco Bagnaia, on a Ducati, set the best time at the end of the MotoGP pre-qualifying for the Spanish GP in Jerez de la Frontera. The world champion closed his fastest lap in 1:36.025, a new track record, ahead of Aprilia rider Maverick Vinales. one tenth behind, and Marc Marquez (Ducati Gresini, +0.143).
