MotoGP Jerez pre-qualifying, Bagnaia is the fastest of all

Francesco Bagnaia, on a Ducati, set the best time at the end of the MotoGP pre-qualifying for the Spanish GP in Jerez de la Frontera. The world champion closed his fastest lap in 1:36.025, a new track record, ahead of Aprilia rider Maverick Vinales. one tenth behind, and Marc Marquez (Ducati Gresini, +0.143). Further behind are Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Vr46, +0.339), Jorge Martin (Ducati Pramac, +0.410) and Pablo Acosta (GasGas, +0.414). Seventh time for Aleix Espargaro's Aprilia (+0.421) and eighth for Enea Bastianini's official Ducati, +0.455). Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati Vr46, +0.511) and Alex Marquez (Ducati Gresini, +0.514) also directly access tomorrow's Q2. Instead, Brad Binder (Ktm), among others, will have to pass through Q1, having gone off the track while trying to achieve the best performance.
