Marc Marquez takes pole position at the Hungarian MotoGP Grand Prix. The Spanish Ducati rider stopped the clock at 1’36”785, achieving the best qualifying time and ensuring a pole start for the race.
Marquez preceded Pedro Acosta’s KTM by just 53 thousandths, author of the second best time. Fermin Aldeguer completes the front row, riding the Gresini team’s Ducati.
Bagnaia fifth, Bezzecchi best of the Aprilias
Behind the first three was Fabio Di Giannantonio, who will start from fourth position. Fifth time for Pecco Bagnaia, called upon to make a comeback to try to get into the fight for the top positions.
Sixth place for Marco Bezzecchi, the best of the Aprilia riders. Behind him were Raul Fernandez and Jorge Martin, who will complete the top eight positions on the starting grid of the Hungarian Grand Prix.
