The Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria has expressed its condolences for the death of Anthea Ranieri, the 23-year-old girl who lost her life in the road accident that occurred along the Calopinace stream. The message was spread through the social channels of the university’s Department of Medicine.

The accident along the Calopinace
Anthea Ranieri died in Reggio Calabria while traveling on a motorcycle along the Calopinace stream. According to initial investigations by the local police, the 23-year-old was sitting on the back seat of the motorcycle driven by a 22-year-old friend of hers, who is in serious condition at the city’s Grand Metropolitan Hospital.
