No increase for citizens who will have to pay the tax on waste 2025. The Botricello City Council has approved the rates for the financial economic plan 2025, managing to contain the increases despite the national level, the alarm for the difficulty in containing the costs of the service is strong.
Specifically, The approved rates even provide for a reduction for more numerous families, with a maximum reduction of 4.71 euros, while for smaller families there is a confirmation with increases reduced to a maximum of 2.66 euros, for an average reduction of 6.36%. The tax also reduced for commercial, entrepreneurial and offices activities, since the rates will have decreased by 3.79%.
“This is an important result – highlighted the mayor Saverio Simone Puccio – Taking into account that, at national level, we are concerned about the dizzying increase in waste expenses. Thanks to the work of the Tax Office, however, we managed to contain the expenses and to maintain almost unchanged the waste rates, until we even reach a reduction for almost all citizens “.
The deputy mayor with delegation to the budget, Giovanna Pucciohe said: “They are data that express the will of this administration to safeguard all the categories of taxpayers, guaranteeing the overall coverage of the costs of the service and aiming at higher levels of separate collection through targeted checks and the definition of a service to be measured by citizens”.
The mayor Puccio added: “We are very satisfied with the results achieved. This year we managed to decrease both the IMU and the waste tax, while we have completely abolished the payments for couples who must make promises or weddings. It is an important choice, concrete gestures that meet the needs of the population despite the economic conjunctures that put all Italian municipalities in difficulty”.
