The episode that occurred this afternoon inside the hotel could have turned into a tragedy Puglisi residential complex in via S. Jachiddu in Messina.
The strong wind, which reached impressive speeds in recent hours, uprooted the waterproof covering of some roofs and terraces inside the complex. The structure, lifted and transported by the violence of the gusts, then ended up in the open car park, where it hit several parked cars. The damage to the vehicles was extensive: a Fiat 500 had its roof completely collapsed, while other cars suffered dents and broken windows. Luckily no one was passing by there at the time.
