The transformation of the Strait of Messina Spa to the contracting authority jump from the new draft of the Infrastructure Decree. In article one, completely dedicated to the bridge, the rule provided for by the draft in circulation last week provided that the company in charge of the works was enrolled in the list of the anac of the contracting stations and could consequently manage the tender procedures for the assignment of contracts of works, services and supplies.
The paragraph is no longer present in the updated version of the provision. Instead, the adjustment of the costs of contracts for the construction of the work remains, with the maximum limit of a 50%increase, provided for by European legislation.
The decree was expected on the table of the Council of Ministers last Wednesday. However, the CDM has been postponed and should keep the examination of the order on the agenda again on Monday. In fact, the DL is among the texts on the examination of the Preconsiglio already called up for the first morning of Monday.
