The first stage of the iMARCOs Corporate Padel Tour, a sporting initiative reserved exclusively for companies and their employees, took place on the weekend of 21 and 22 February at the Chiappetta Sport Village.
Seven companies will be the protagonists of the debut: DLVSystem, eway, Hypro, NTT DATA, Officina Grafica, Revelis and VeBar. A format that aims to enhance sport as a tool for relationships between colleagues and between companies, in the wake of the experience gained with the Futsal Corporate League.
Inclusive and final formula on the weekend
The tournament was played with a “free mixed” formula, allowing man-man, man-woman and woman-woman pairs. A double ranking is foreseen, corporate and individual, designed to encourage female inclusion and participation.
After the group stages played on Saturday morning, the top teams entered the final stage on Sunday. The first stage was won by DLVSystem, which beat Hypro in the final with a score of 6-2/6-0. Third place for Officina Grafica, fourth for NTT DATA.
The ranking: first balances
The inaugural stage awarded the first useful points for the circuit ranking.

In addition to the cups for the finalist couples, medals were awarded to all the athletes and recognition plaques to the participating companies.
Sports and networking
The first stage was not just a competition: a networking area with partners and sponsors, interviews with the protagonists, live updates of the scoreboard and moments of entertainment transformed the event into a structured corporate event.
«The objective – explain the organizers – is to build a stable circuit that combines sport and professional relationships, offering companies a healthy and organized space for discussion. Padel makes it possible to broaden participation and also involve smaller businesses, while at the same time encouraging an increasingly significant female presence.”
The first stage thus assigns the initial points in view of a circuit that will continue in the coming months, with an end-of-year finale reserved for the best classified. In the next few days, feedback from companies will be collected to define the official calendar of the Corporate Padel Tour 2026.
