From the school desk to the labor market: journey between skills, digital and inclusion” within the second edition of the tour for orientation, legality and security “work travels with us” promoted by the Consultants for Labor Foundation in collaboration with the provincial councils of the Order and the National Association of Youth Labor Consultants, with the presence of schools, universities, provincial school.
“An important initiative – said Calabrian – that will allow young people to be guided in the path of orientation to work, promoting knowledge of employment opportunities and the spread of the culture of legality and security”.
“I am at the helm of the Regional Department of Labor and I believe that in recent years it has been little thought of the active labor policies. Today with the common commitment of the President Roberto Occhiuto and of the whole Labor Department, with the manager General Fortunato Varone, we are committed to creating the conditions to reverse the trend. In this sense, we first have a law on active work policies, also the result of confrontation with the work consultants, with the unions. Companies, we have also prepared the Plan for the occupation of Calabria which will make available necessary funds to create new employment, but, above all, we are studying that negative phenomenon that every year sees 10,000 young Calabrians in working age leave Calabria.
