Another contribution is expected from the video surveillance cameras present in nearby areas. The first fundamental element is to understand the causes of Angelo Pirri’s death, 42 years old, Barcelona, but residing in Santa Lucia del Mela, as two hypotheses continue to remain standing: the death caused by a blunt body or a gunshot. The only certainty is the head wound that was found on a corpse which, however, was in a state of decomposition, this sign that the death of man would have happened at least 48, but also 72 hours before the discovery. And here is the second doubt: Pirri was killed on the lateral dirt road at the Via Nazionale di Giammoro, close to the A20 motorway, or was he killed elsewhere and abandoned in that little frequented area? The first hypothesis seems to be the most likely.
