The Municipality does not agree and is challenging the measures with which the Ministry partially revokes the funding of the Pinqua. An appeal presented to the TAR of Lazio with which Palazzo San Giorgio hopes to save the treasure of resources with which to redevelop the most difficult neighborhoods with a restyling to promote the quality of living.
In early December, the MIT adopted two measures with which it defunded some project lines due to «failure to comply with the terms of the implementation timetable; even partial failure to implement the program”.
