Thirty State Police officers, transferred from other locations by order of the Department of Public Security, become part of the Police Headquarters staff, contributing to significantly strengthening the investigative, prevention and public order services in the municipality. In welcoming them, the Commissioner wanted to recall three fundamental values that must accompany the daily activity of Police operators: professionalism, humanity and correctness.
Indispensable values to guarantee an effective and authoritative service, especially in an articulated and complex area like that of Reggio, where the presence of the State Police represents a daily point of reference for citizens, families, businesses and institutions. The arrival of the 30 new officers constitutes a further step in the process of strengthening the Reggio Calabria Police Headquarters, with the aim of ensuring an increasingly widespread presence in the area and an even more effective response to the community’s security needs.
