It no longer seems to be just a risk that of a stall at the port of Catanzaro. The short circuit arose at the end of 2024 between the company (currently ex) dealership, Carmar Srl, and common on the renewal of the concession has in fact manifested its most negative effects in a short -term scenario. The “no” of the heritage sector to the request for renewal by the company held in front of the TAR who, in fact, did not grant the suspension requested by Carmar.
The Crotonese company is now considering what to do with its lawyers, whether to appeal to the Council of State towards the ordinance of the administrative court, reiterating that in his opinion the critical issues (raised by the Coast Guard last November) who pushed the body to reject the request for renewal of the concession would have been exceeded.
