The investigating judge of Reggio has ordered house arrest for VM, 33 years old, a small entrepreneur of Marina di Gioiosa Jonica, in part, partly the defensive request of the lawyer Leone Fonte.
The investigation concerns the demolition and reconstruction of the elementary schools of the Municipality. According to the accusation, VM and another person, both uncensored but considered connected by kinship constraints to an alleged mafia consortium, would have exerted pressure so that the contractor of Cosenza used means and personnel indicated by them.
