Meloni’s reference is to a passage from the last episode of ‘Tuesday’ on La7, of which Landini was a guest. The programme, regarding Gaza and the demonstrations, makes us review some of the Prime Minister’s words pronounced on the union, and in particular the passage pronounced from the stage of the centre-right rally before the regional elections in Tuscany, on the fact that the general strike, «in Palestine nothing changes and on the other hand in Italy the Italians have a lot of problems and in particular the workers who the union should defend have them». Landini replies in the broadcast that «the workers in Italy took to the streets to defend the honor of Italy in the name of brotherhood, of democracy, something that Meloni did not do, who limited herself to acting as Trump’s courtesan and didn’t lift a finger, luckily there were Italian citizens who took to the streets and defended the dignity and honor of this country».
