“The construction of the new purifier for the large homogeneous area which includes the municipalities of Castrovillari, Civita, Frascineto and San Basile is worth 26.5 million euros for which the race on the Telematic Portal of Invitalia was published, just a few days after the approval of the updated executive project. To make it known is the Subcommissary of the Purification Antonino Daffinàwhose profitable work continues to give significant results on a very complex front. In fact, the tender was published yesterday, entrusted to Invitalia, which alone is worth 20 million euros of work.
The result achieved, is part of the intervention “Adaptation and optimization of the purifying scheme of the Ajustarate of Castrovillari”, included in the “water purification of the water purification” agreement, signed in 2013, which regulated the CIPE 60/2012 financing “.
Agreement that had identified the municipality of Castrovillari as actuator. At first, the cost of the work was equivalent to 8 million already available, of which 5.6 million public resources Cipe, while the remaining 2.4 million should have come from private resources through project financing.
Well, at the end of the design and verification process, obtained the validation of the RUP, the engineer Giulio Palma, the updated executive project, of the total amount of 26.5 million was acquired last October. Thanks to the assignment, by the government, of additional resources, on the programming FSC 2021-2027, it was then possible, for the Sole Commissioner, Fabio Fatuzzo, to authorize the contract of the project as a whole.
Thus, already at the end of 2024, the foundations for the approval of the executive project signed in recent days by the sub-commissioner Antonino Daffinà were placed. The tender is managed by Invitalia which operates as a plant of auxiliary client for the commissioner. Among the various interventions, to be emphasized, the completion of the Fogognaria di Castrovillari (San Rocco) and the construction of a new sewer network for the south area of the center of Pollino, relating to the new Camarelle purifier. The realization of more significant conduct in the event of rains that will work in gravity.
In the municipality of San Basile, the conduct of connection between the existing sewer and the purifier designed, in addition to ten lifting plants: four built from scratch, the others are completely renovated, will be developed.
Interventions also on five purifiers. In addition to the adjustment of the systems of Castrovillari (San Rocco), Civita and Frascineto, two, completely new, will be made between Castrovillari (Camarelle) and San Basile.
