Like every year, there are numerous Christmas events organized by the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria in the various municipalities of Eeggino. Three prestigious events entrusted to Ruggero Pegna’s Show Net have been confirmed: the concert by Daniele Silvestri with his band on 29 December in Piazza della Repubblica in Cinquefrondi, the concert-show of the Gemelli di Guidonia on the same evening in Piazza dei Martiri in Locri and the concert by Paolo Belli with his Big band on the evening of 1 January 2026 on the Lungomare di Melito in Porto Salvo. The three events, organized in collaboration with the Municipal Administrations, have free entry and will all begin at 9.30pm.

In the only and unmissable live show in Calabria, Daniele Silvestri will retrace his 30 years of successes, celebrated in September in his home city of Rome with 4 sold out evenings of the “Il cantautore recidivo” tour, a special concert that includes historical songs and new songs, from “Salirò” and “La paranza”, to “L’uomo con il megafono” and many others.

In Locri, however, I Gemelli di Guidonia arrives, the musical comedy trio famous for its parodies of songs and sketches, with the show “Intelligenza Musicale 2.0”, a mix of music, imitations and comedy that also involves the public with new technologies and improvisations.

Finally, the beginning of 2026 will be full of joy and fun with Paolo Belli and his overwhelming Big Band on the Lungomare dei Mille in Melito Porto Salvo. The much-loved singer, musician and TV showman, also fresh from the experience he has just completed as a dancer in “Dancing with the Stars” on Rai1, will bring his sympathy and a set list of hits all to sing and dance to which will give life to a real, great New Year’s Eve party: an energetic mix of irresistible hits, such as “Under this sun” and “Ho will to dance”, more recent songs such as “I want all the love that there is”, as well as classics from his former group Bicycle Thieves and tributes to Italian music, always with the swinging and overwhelming style of his Big Band.
