The 36 -year -old, who until then had never had problems with justice, was arrested on charges of illegal detention of weapons and ammunition and, at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor of Palmi, directed by Crescent Emanuele, It was subjected to house arrest pending the validation hearing.

The accusatory prospect has found, to date, a preliminary acceptance in the validation from the arrest carried out by the investigating judge of Palmi, which towards the man has ordered the continuation of the precautionary measure. The procedure is currently pending in the preliminary investigation phase and the actual responsibility of the arrested person, given the merits of the accusation hypotheses made against him, will be examined during the subsequent trial. The operation is part of a wider plan of local controls, aimed at contrasting the trafficking of illegal weapons and preventing episodes of violence and organized crime in an area often the scene of illegal activities.
