A woman was hit by a car and died today in Reggio Calabria After being transported in serious conditions to the hospital. The accident occurred around 9.45 am at the intersection of via Romeo and via del Torrione, in the historic center. To lose his life was Anna Rita Maria Saccà, 75 years old who was on foot when he was hit by the car. Rescued by the same driver of the car, the elderly woman suffered serious injuries and died a few hours after the large metropolitan hospital in Reggio Calabria where she had been accompanied immediately after the accident. The local police intervened on the spot and is working on the reconstruction of the dynamic and who informed the magistrate on duty.
