Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi has just arrived at the Prefecture of Reggio Calabria to attend the signing of the interinstitutional security agreement between the prefect Clara Vaccaro and the mayor Francesco Cannizzaro. Also present at the Government Palace are the President of the Calabria Region Roberto Occhiuto and the Undersecretary of the Interior Wanda Ferro. Representatives of the police forces also participate in the summit.
The visit to Arghillà
Minister Piantedosi, after arriving at the Tito Minniti airport, paid a visit to Arghillà, in the northern area of Reggio Calabria, one of the most degraded neighborhoods in the city and marked by a high crime rate. The owner of the Interior Ministry will meet the press after the summit in the Prefecture.
