Friday 4 October, from 9am to 1pm, in front of the Reggio Calabria Police Headquarters, the provincial secretariats of the SIULP (Italian Unitary Union of Police Workers) and SIAPthey will carry out a protest sit-ins to protect the rights of police workers. The protest demonstration will be held in the presence of the SIULP National General Secretary, Felice Romano, and the SIAP National President, Francesco Tiani.
In a note the two State Police unions highlight: “The basis of the claim is the consequence of a questionable and in some ways unsuccessful national security policy over the years, which has produced an embarrassing shortage of staff and a drastic reduction in resources” .
