A 26-year-old young man, with a criminal record, was arrested by the police on charges of vehicular homicide with the aggravating circumstances of escape and failure to help, in Gallina, a district of Reggio Calabria. According to the investigations, carried out by the local police in synergy with the carabinieri, he was the driver of the car who violently collided with another car in Via Ettore Rolli on the morning of December 9th in Rome and then fled. A 67-year-old man died in the crash. The arrested young man was identified through the analysis of the images of the cameras of the accident site, telephone records and the various testimonies collected.
