The suggestive Roman location of the Orsini Chapel, seat of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, enthusiastically welcomed the last stage of the 23rd Summer Tour of Reading conceived by Edizioni Beroe “Calabrian Beats”. The Vibo publisher Renato Costa he staged his narrative of Calabria through readings of songs belonging to the regional cultural heritage. This experiential journey was also made possible thanks to the extraordinary participation ofCosenza actor Pietro Delle Piane which introduced the voices of: Francesca Barl, Dolores Mazzeo and Giuseppe Ingoglia. The readings were accompanied by the master guitarist Enrico Damiano Vallone. At the end of the show, an abundant tasting of typical products completed this delicious Calabrian experience. The event, which obtained the patronage of the Department of Culture of Rome Capital, was organized by Edizioni Beroe in collaboration with the Orsini Chapel, represented in the institutional greetings by the Director Roberto Lucifero and by Dr. Nicola Galloro. Part of the proceeds from this Roman stage of “Battiti Calabresi” was donated to charity to the Clemente Riva cultural association, chaired by the RAI journalist Gianni Maritati.
