The results of the RSU elections in local authorities of the Province of Vibo Valentia confirm the consolidated presence of CSA-Cisal And they mark new acts actually strategic in the area. This is what emerged from the meeting that saw all the elected CSA-Cisal elected, together with the provincial secretary Cisal Vitaliano Papillo and to the provincial secretary CSA-Cisal Rosa Marina Cavallaro.
This electoral success reflects the growing trust that workers put in the federation and in its trade union model, based on the proximity to people and the concreteness of the actions.
“The enhancement of the staff remains the fulcrum of our union action,” Papillo and Cavallaro said during the meeting. “We are convinced that only the investment in human capital can be guaranteed quality services to citizens”.
In line with this vision, the two managers reiterated CSA-Cisal’s commitment in an integrated strategy that combines protection of workers’ rights and improvement of the efficiency of public services. This approach is concretized through responsible bargaining and the constant promotion of the training and professional development of personnel.
Characterizing element of the action of the Federation is the constructive dialogue with the administrations, aimed at identifying shared solutions to the problems of the local public sector. The consolidation and expansion of union representation in local authorities therefore constitute a strategic resource to intensify this daily commitment in favor of the dignity of public work.
“The results obtained strengthen our position and the determination in continuing the union action, always oriented towards the protection of workers and the continuous improvement of the services offered to citizenship”, concluded Papillo and Cavallaro.
