The Carabinieri of the San Gregorio d’Ippona station executed an order issued by the Surveillance Court of Catanzaro, with which the alternative measure of home detention was ordered for a local person. The provision arises from a conviction that has become final, which provided for a three-month prison sentence for the crime of violation of family care obligations, committed starting from 2011 with conduct lasting over time.
At the end of the formalities, the man was accompanied to his home, where he will serve his sentence under home detention, as ordered by the judicial authority.
