The State Police has implemented the precautionary measure of suspension from the exercise of public office paid by a teacher of a high school, based in Sant’Agata di Militello. Agents of the Commissariat conducted complex and detailed judicial police investigations, under the direction of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Patti, allowing the acquisition of a well-defined accusatory framework against of a teacher which – at present – he is provisionally charged with sexual assault against a minor student attending the institute where the suspect teaches.
The provisional dispute would have consisted in groping the learner, specially summoned to the chair with an excuse from the aforementioned professor, in the month of March 2023. Patti’s investigating judge positively assessed the broad circumstantial framework offered, strengthened by the narratives of several students who gave feedback to this framework. After the usual formalities, the teacher was ordered not to resume his teaching activity for a year.
