Two minors responsible for extortion against an elderly person, damage, resistance and outrage to public officials. Police officers of Sant’Agata, at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Messina, executed an order for custody issued by the investigating magistrate who ordered the placement in the community against them.
The subjects, already known to the police, had been achieved, last summer, to be banned from access to urban aerials (commonly known as Daspo Willy) issued by the Quaestor of Messina, on the occasion of serious disturbances to public order near a local of the Santagatese promenade. Furthermore, already in February of this year, the so -called “prescriptions” had already been arranged against one of the two, that is, complaints that aim to direct the behavior of the minor, and which, repeatedly ignored, had been replaced by an order for aggravating the precautionary measure that had the stay in the house for him.
The research carried out by the policemen of the Public Security Commissariat of Sant’Agata di Militello and what emerged from the subsequent judicial police investigations have made it possible to identify further serious episodes of which both minor subjects would have been protagonists, thus allowing the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the minors, led Daandrea Pagano, to ask the competent investigating judge for a restrictive measure that can argin its delinquent tendency.
In fact, it emerged that the two would have committed an extortion against an elderly Santagatese, demanding beer and cigarettes and threatening him with serious consequences in case of refusal. They would then kick the door of the elderly house and threatened the neighbors who, alerted by the screams, had appeared to the balconies. Subsequently, the minors, clearly drunk, would have started to kick the buckets of the garbage of different homes in the center. Finally, tracked down by the police, they would have threatened and offended the agents, both on the street and in the offices of the police station, also in the presence of their parents, in the meantime arrived to be appointed foster enthusiasts of the two.
