Identified and denounced the scammer who deceived an old woman in Fiumedinisi. The man passed off as a carabiniere using the technique of the false accident that happened to the victim’s family member and managed to get a sum of money delivered, equal to about 500 euros, and some precious gold objects, making his tracks lose. Once discovered, the scam was reported to the carabinieri and the investigations started, who allowed to trace the man, a 37 -year -old from Mondragone, in the province of Catania: for him a complaint was taken on the loose for the crime of aggravated fraud against the elderly person. The booty was recovered to be returned to the woman of Fiumedinisi.
