“It was the results of the invalsi tests recorded in the Calabria Region – declares the commissioner Caracciolo – who suggested to the regional government led by President Occhiuto to include the Recapp Cal project in the programming 2023/2027 financed with 5,669,1.190.52 euros.
Aimed at the students of the first and second cycle of education and the teachers of the regional school system, provides for the involvement of 140 educational institutions with 200 hours of training in Italian and mathematics for the strengthening of basic skills, where a difference in learning opportunities has been recorded at the disadvantage of some southern regions, including Calabria.
Operating objective is, therefore, the reduction of this gap measured as a relationship between the initial detection and the intermediate and final surveys of the Invalsi results “.
“This is an innovative experimentation – also notes the Councilor for Education – conducted with the important partnership of the regional school office, of the Valsi, of the Calabrian academic system (Unical, Magna Graecia, Mediterranean) and of the Bocconi University as members of the Scientific Committee chaired by the Hon. Giusy Princi who promoted this initiative on the occasion of his vice -president in the region, in the conviction that must be aimed at the by our boys, with targeted and concrete interventions.
The classes and teachers of Italian and mathematics will be involved who will be trained through special courses provided by the Calabrian universities.
