Shareit 2025, Reggio Calabria in the center of Italy that does business

The eleventh edition of Shareitthe national event promoted by Young entrepreneurs from Confcommerciowhich on 22 and 23 June animated the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria.

An intense and participatory two-day, which has transformed the city into a hub of comparison, inspiration and networking between over 100 young entrepreneurs from all over Italy. On the table, central themes for the future of companies: digital innovation, credit access, bureaucratic simplification, tax breaks. All enriched by training sessions, Team Building and Best Practices sharing activities.

But Shareit 2025 was also a trip inside the territory, with visits to four companies symbol of knowing how to make Calabrian – Caffè Mauro, Capua 1880, Polycom and Suds Wines – and experiential moments between local traditions, typical products and breathtaking scenarios, from Scilla to the bronzes of Riace, passing through the hunt for fishing for fishy and the processing of bergamot.

An event with a strong institutional value

During the plenary session of June 23, the institutions wanted to testify to their closeness to the Confcommercio system. The mayor intervened among others Giuseppe Falcomatàthe President of the Chamber of Commerce Antonino Tramontanathe rector of the Mediterranean University Giuseppe Zimbalattiand the director of the Archaeological Museum Fabrizio Sudanoalongside the local representatives of Confcommercio: Lorenzo Labate (President), Paolo De Stefano (President of the Youth) e Fabio Giubilo (General Manager).

Everyone underlined the value of events such as shareit in creating bridges between young people, institutions and businesses, promoting sustainable economic growth and an authentic enhancement of the territory.

Among the most significant moments of Shareit 2025, the words of the leaders of the Confcommercio system, who have offered strong ideas and shiny visions on the role of the new generations in the future of the Italian company. For Matteo Musaccinational president of young entrepreneurs, the initiative represented much more than a simple meeting: it was a concrete opportunity to measure itself, grow and strengthen the sense of belonging to the network. “We came from every corner of Italy to give value to the project proposed by Confcommercio Reggio Calabria who has been able to stand out – he explained – and we did it with over 120 appearances. Shareit is an accelerator of ideas and relationships. Our companies need tools to face a future that runs fast, and here we work in that direction”.

A message of trust in the potential of young people also came from Carlo Sangallinational president of Confcommercio, who wanted to greet the participants in connection: “We celebrate the 80 years of the association with the slogan ‘Remember the future’. It is an invitation not to lose sight of what will come, keeping it in mind today. And this future inevitably passes through our young people: they are the ones who represent the energy, creativity and continuity of the Italian company “.

To act as a bridge between national level and local context Lorenzo Labatepresident of Confcommercio Reggio Calabria, who highlighted the strength of the signal launched by Shareit: “It is a message that starts from young people, from their ability to react, to reinvent themselves, to relaunch the company even in the most difficult moments. Many of them are reinterpreting the work of previous generations, finding an effective balance between tradition and change”.

The satisfaction of Paolo De Stefanopresident of young entrepreneurs Confcommercio Reggio Calabria who recalled how “the event had a dual value: on the one hand it allowed us to tell Reggio to a national audience, on the other hand it gave us the opportunity to build real, solid relationships. We have shown that here we can speak of a business with concreteness and with vision”.

Of the same opinion the general manager of Confcommercio Reggio Calabria, Fabio Giubilowhich highlighted how the territory has been able to show itself in all its authenticity: “We have presented a reality made of serious companies, connected to the roots but capable of innovating. Our entrepreneurial fabric responded with enthusiasm and quality”.

The enthusiasm of Shareit 2025 also turned on the local production fabric, a fundamental protagonist of this success. Companies and realities of the territory responded with an authentic team spirit, offering hospitality, services and an organizational energy that made the difference. A compact and generous network, a concrete expression of the Confcommercio spirit, which has shown how collaboration between companies can generate real and lasting value.
