Crotone continues to pay for a start to the season marked by disappointing results, defensive fragility and lack of cynicism in front of goal. Monopoli’s draw (2-2) preceded the only success of the season, the 2-1 inflicted on Salernitana at the “Scida”. That very victory seemed like it could represent a turning point, but the subsequent defeats against Catania (2-1) and Audace Cerignola (2-3) highlighted the rossoblù’s limitations. Two different matches, united by the inability to obtain results despite the goals scored. The most worrying data concerns the defensive performance with fifteen goals conceded in nine matches. The offensive performance also has room for improvement. Zunno, with four goals, is the main scorer, followed by Musso with three.
