The conference room of the Bar Association of Catanzaro, in the Palazzo di Giustizia in via Falcone and Borsellino, will host on 29 April 2025, starting at 15.30, a new and interesting seminar on: “Short rents and condominium life: possible coexistence?“.

To the meeting, moderated by Antonio AbatePresident of Coram Catanzaro, will report Elisabetta Errigo (Professor Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro), Salvatore Passafaro (Chartered accountant), Sandro Scoppa (President of Confedilizia Calabria) e Antonio Viscomi (Ordinary Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro). Ferdinando Chillà (President of the Collegio Surveyors of Catanzaro), Gerlando Cuffaro (President of the Order of Engineers of Catanzaro), Gregorio Ferrari (President BCC Calabria further) e Mariagemma this (Vice President of the Lawyers of Catanzaro), will bring the greetings of the entities represented.

The seminar is aimed at tackling a significant and current theme, which moves around the growing diffusion of short rents. It has made it urgent to question the relationship between freedom of the owner and discipline of common life. Too often there are attempts to limit the right of enjoyment of properties through invasive regulations or regulations, which end up penalizing those who legitimately exercise their autonomy. Instead of introducing disproportionate constraints, it is necessary to reaffirm the principle according to which the use of property must be regulated on the basis of clear and volunteer pacts between the parties, without giving in to the temptation to restrict spaces of freedom conquered over time.

The event is being accredited with the college of surveyors and with the orders of the lawyers and engineers of Catanzaro for the purposes of compulsory periodic training.

Participation is free and open to everyone.
