The first part of the maneuver was approved yesterday by the council. And with this move, president Schifani and councilor Alessandro Dagnino have placed another 41 million in the hands of Irfis to bring forward new forms of aid to young couples and to make the old rankings of the tenders that financed the high mortgage costs scroll through.
The novelty compared to what has been circulating in recent days is a new measure, which has an initial budget of 9 million, intended to finance mortgages taken out by young people (less than 35 years of age and ISEE less than 35 thousand euros). With another 9 million, Irfis will publish the new edition of the tender for families to reduce interest on mortgages for their first home between 2024 and 2025.
Another 9 million, again managed by Irfis, will allow you to scroll through the ranking of the tender which provided contributions to families to reduce the cost of interest on loans requested for the purchase of non-luxury durable goods (this is the so-called tender for consumer credit).
Another 10 million will allow you to scroll through the ranking of the announcement with which Irfis has reduced interest on business mortgages. And 4 million will allow us to increase the ceiling for subsidized loans for investments in micro, small and medium-sized businesses operating in trade.
