Alessandro Archinà is the new councilor of the Fragomeni council. He was given responsibility for Sports, Housing Policies, Maintenance, Urban Decor and Public Greenery, Cemeteries, School Buildings, Events and Relations with Associations. The nomination came with yesterday’s decree signed by the mayor Mariateresa Fragomeni, at the conclusion of a process of sharing the identification criteria conducted within the majority council group of the PD circle.
«The figure of Archinà, who has held the position of president of the municipal council since the beginning of his mandate, «met – the administration says – with general approval during the consultations, in light of his undisputed personal qualities, the commitment he has always made in favor of the community and the political competence which he will certainly be able to translate into administrative capacity in the new role. Best wishes for good work from the entire municipal administration go to Alessandro Archinà.”
Archinà’s appointment comes after the resignation of Carlo Fuda who, following the “Risiko” operation coordinated by the DDA of Reggio Calabria and conducted by the Carabinieri Ros which led to the execution of precautionary measures against individuals believed to belong to a branch of the ‘ndrangheta operating in Siderno, decided to tender his resignation, despite not being investigated or involved in any proceedings.
