Waste, urban planning and investee companies remain on the table of political discussion, waiting for the spotlight to shine on them again. In fact, the 20 canonical days to convene the conference of group leaders in order to establish a municipal council that has the issue of the Sieco transaction at its center will soon expire (on September 22nd).
Last September 2, in fact, the councilors Stefano Veraldi, Francesco Assisi, Valerio Donato, Alessandra Lobello, Luigi Levato, Antonello Talerico, Gianni Parisi, Sergio Costanzo, Eugenio Riccio, Emanuele Ciciarello and Anna Chiara Verrengia asked for the urgent convening of an ad hoc session with a single point on the agenda: the failure to challenge the transaction, signed by the Abramo administration in May 2022, and the “failure by the municipal administration to apply the contract, as originally concluded, both in relation to the penalties established therein and in relation to the currently pending reports (determination 1039 of 13 April 2022 and 1506 of 27 May 2022, two illegitimate extensions granted by the municipal administration”. A topic that was also recently addressed in the commission.
