Finally, we would like to highlight the two personalized and interactive video guide services provided:
- to parents requesting the Single Universal Allowance for the first time (Poster on how to access the video guide) to inform them about the six-monthly payment calendar and the functionality of the AUU service for managing the application in relation to the birth of new children;
- to parents who have the application for the Single Universal Allowance blocked in the status In evidence for the citizen or the payment blocked due to the non-verifiable Iban (Poster on how to access the video guide), to provide them with all the instructions to access and integrate the information requested with the AUU service to obtain the payment of the Allowance as soon as possible.
Both services have the aim of anticipating useful information for applicants and increasing their satisfaction and facilitating the autonomous use of the online services offered by the Institute to obtain and manage benefits without having to send further requests to INPS.
Below is the provision data relating to video guide services in the MyINPS reserved area of each recipient with SMS/email notification and in the INPS Mobile and IO apps, with the percentage of videos viewed, interactions with content and services contained in the personalized video with each user’s data and the average satisfaction expressed on a scale from 1 to 5.
