This is stated in the official program of Erdogan of Erdogan released by the Anadolu agency, while it is not clear if the two leaders will have a joint press conference. According to the Turkish media, delegations of Moscow and Kiev will instead meet in Istanbul for the first direct interviews between the two parties from 2022 Military Gru.
