It will be a first Sunday of October characterized by bad weather in Calabria and in the province of Messina: in both home the yellow alert has been issued (in Calabria excluding the Ionian band of Reggina and Cosenza).
Moreover, it must be underlined that in the last few days in the south the temperatures have lowered considerably and a decidedly winter climate is being breathed for the period with temperatures close to zero on Pollino, Sila and Aspromonte and with strong winds that have marked the days of the last few days.
Today, however, intense and temporal rains will be headed and it is not excluded that the storms also occur. The Tyrrhenian sectors will be affected with the Lametine which could be among the areas most affected by the rain. Rain that is expected during the day also on the Ionian side of Catanzaro.
Strong winds with rains and thunderstorms also in the province of Messina which, as mentioned, with the yellow alert issued by the regional civil protection.
