The Prosecutor General at the Court of Appeal of Reggio Calabria ordered the revocation of the prison order issued on January 15 against Rocco Larosa, 34 years old, from Taurianovaby ordering the immediate liberation if not detained for another case, at the request of the lawyer Giuseppe Alvaro, of the Palmi Forum, following the acceptance by the surveillance court of Reggio Calabria of the complaint presented against the original refusal, which had led to the arrest of the condemned since the residual sentence exceeded the threshold of the 4 years provided by the law for the suspension of the order of execution.
The lawyer Alvaro urged the recalculation of the sentence on the basis of the principle of retroactivity of early liberation.
