A man from Messina at the helm of the Italian division of a group that is a European leader in the credit sector. The young lawyer Terry Morabito, from next January 1st, will enter the elite of the world of finance and insurance in Italy. It was announced Guy Dymschizpresident and founder of Duna House Holdinga company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange and which holds 93.98% of the capital of Hgroup Spa, speaking at the annual convention of the Italian group which took place last December 15th in Rome.
Despite the 2023 interest rate hike, Dymschiz enthusiastically announced the positive developments in the mortgage lending sector thanks to the important banking agreements signed during the year. These agreements, signed by the subsidiary and well-known mediation company Credipass, will offer the approximately 800 agents active in the area better opportunities to provide more advantageous conditions to their customers. Great satisfaction – expressed Dymshiz – also for the purchase of 10% of the Professione Casa real estate group and for the commercial agreement lasting 15 years and which will allow the customers of the real estate group to be able to benefit from financial advice from the consultants of the Credipass Credit.
During the convention, in the presence of the agency network, employees and representatives of the main partner banks, Dymschiz announced the key change in leadership. From 1 January 2024, Terry Morabito will assume the position of country manager for Italy of the group. Dymschiz expressed full confidence in the abilities and integrity of the lawyer from Messina, underlining that he is the right person to guide the future growth of the group in Italy.
Morabito, a 48-year-old lawyer, already leading Credipass’s Personal Loans and Salary-Backed Loans sector since 2019, now becomes one of the youngest top managers in the financial/insurance sector and from 1 January 2024 he will be at the helm of a company with over 1 billion in annual financial intermediation.
