“Oral notice of PS” – adopted by the Quaestor of Vibo Valentia – against a couple of Serra San Bruno who in recent days had been arrested for the crime of detention for the purpose of drug dealing.
It was last April 15 when the judicial police team of the PS police station of Serra San Bruno, had seized a large quantity of drugs found, at the outcome of a home search, in the homes of the two young people, together with nr. 15 cartridges 7.65 caliber, nr. 16 Cartridges of the Type with Pallettoni 16 caliber and nr. 02 precision balances, fully functional. Material for which one of the two subjects will also have to respond to the crime of illegal detention of ammunition.
The Court, after the validation of the arrest, had applied the precautionary measure of house arrest to the young man, and the measure of the obligation to stay in the municipality of his residence to the girl.
The two oral notices issued by the Quaestor constitute a prevention measure aimed at subjects deemed dangerous and able to commit other and further crimes that could endanger safety and public tranquility. With this monitoring measure, the Quaestor therefore invited the two young people to immediately change their conduct of life, and not to persevere in anti -juridical behavior, warning them that in the event of non -compliance, the application of a more serious prevention measure can be proposed to the competent court.
