Daniela Iiriti (Brothers of Italy) is the president of the Election Board of the Regional Council of Calabria. Iiriti was elected in the body’s installation session, with the favorable vote of the members of the centre-right majority and the abstention of the opposition.
In addition to Iiriti, the Election Board includes Domenico Giannetta (Forza Italia), Emanuele Ionà (Occhiuto President), Vito Pitaro (We Moderates), Giuseppe Mattiani (Lega), Filomena Greco (Reformist House-IV), Giuseppe Ranuccio (Pd), Elisa Scutellà (5 Star Movement), Enzo Bruno (Tridico President), Francesco De Cicco (Progressive Democrats).
According to the Regulations of the Regional Council, among the tasks of the Elections Committee, immediately after its installation, is to examine the eligibility and incompatibility conditions of the individual regional councillors.
