Final approval for the conversion of the Infrastructure Decree into law: the Senate approved it, confirming its confidence in the government with 98 votes in favor and 58 against.
Even in Montecitorio the measure had been approved with the question of confidence, voted on July 30th. The decree introduces measures on motorway concessions but also on the bridge over the Strait of Messina (for example, the approval of the executive project will take place “in construction phases”), others on the criminal process with a revision of the times and methods for requests for oral hearing of the appeal, up to sport.
