The Municipality of Catanzaro no longer pays the secretarial rights of 0.52 and 0.26 euros on the personal certificates. It is the novelty provided for by a specific Council resolution, approved on the proposal of the deputy mayor with delegation to demographic services Giusy Iemmawhich introduces a series a series of changes to the rates and procedures provided for various certificates. The most relevant provision is that relating to the suppression of secretarial rights on the personal certificates, a decision adopted to meet users, especially those of the weakest bands, which often, in the absence of POS, are forced to use pagopa, incurring additional costs.
The measure, shared with the competent council commission, chaired by Igea Cavianorepresents the result of a work carried out, from a technical point of view, by the manager the sector Antonino Ferraiolo. Also with the same Council resolution, further measures have been adopted concerning the rounding of other fixed rights on historical certificates and identity cards and the establishment of the administrative contribution for the application for Italian citizenship and for the issue of certificates and marital status extracts for acts formed for over a century, as required by the budget law.
The deputy mayor Iemma has emphasized the political will to guarantee access to personal services to citizens in a fair and inclusive way: “It is a measure with which the administration continues to translate its inclusive vision in a concrete way and attentive to the needs of users. Despite the difficulty of maintaining the balance between costs and services unchanged, with this initiative the body wants to improve its level of accessibility and demonstrate that it is on the side of citizens “.
