A new network of protections and local services takes shape in the urban area of Cosenza. Starting today, January 12, a new desk dedicated to tax assistance and tax assistance services is operational at the UICI headquarters in Rende, the result of a national agreement that aims to strengthen support for citizens in the main areas of welfare.
The initiative was born from National Resolution no. 79 of 25 September 2025, which authorized the signing of a framework agreement with the National Agriculture Federation for the provision of services through the EPAS Patronato and CAF Italia Srl. An agreement designed to offer a qualified point of reference not only to UICI members, but also to their families.
Territorial synergy and launch of the service
The operational green light arrived after the agreement reached between the president of UICI Cosenza, Motta, and the EPAS provincial director, Pierpaolo Stellato. The national agreement, as clarified, leaves the individual UICI territorial sections full freedom of membership: a flexibility that the Cosenza-Rende office has chosen to exploit due to the convenience and value of the services offered.
The desk will be active every Monday from 9.30 to 13.30, at the UICI headquarters in Rende. During opening hours, an FNA representative will provide advice to members, family members and citizens interested in joining and taking advantage of the services.
Patronage, tax and specialist consultancy
The collaboration with the FNA is based on thirty years of experience and on a widespread presence in the regional and provincial territory, with over 80 locations including CAF collection centers and municipal patronage offices.
In particular, the EPAS Patronato will guarantee direct and free consultancy to UICI members through 27 provincial offices officially recognized by the Ministry. It will be possible to book personalized appointments, avoiding waiting, by consulting the list of locations on the official website.
Alongside the patronage services, the agreement allows access to the tax services of CAF Italia, with discounted rates for completing the 730 forms, the Unico form and for the management of the main tax practices.
