Particularly serious, according to Faro, is “the adoption of the regulation without prior comparison between administration and productive categories, a void of dialogue that risks exacerbating the spirits and feeding avoidable tensions”. According to the members of the movement led by Carmelo Ciappina “for the umpteenth time the municipal administration has acted by subtracting from comparing. You cannot introduce such a regulation that affects the heart of commercial activities, falling from above and without first having started moments of comparison with those who live daily the difficulties of the sector.
