Fatal accident in the early evening at the Corigliano airport. A 27-year-old Francesco Lauro, a local worker employed in a chemical company, lost his life. The accident occurred along the road in the Chiubbica district. For reasons still under investigation, the Ford in which the twenty-seven-year-old was traveling crashed into the wall of a building. There was nothing he could do, the deadly impact gave him no escape. An ambulance from the emergency service and 118 intervened on the scene and the carabinieri of the mobile radio section of the territorial department of Corigliano Rossano are reconstructing the dynamics of the incident. The man leaves behind a wife and a few-year-old daughter.
