A stretch of state road 18 “Tirrena Inferiore” is temporarily closed to traffic in both directions in Fiumefreddo, in the province of Cosenza, due to an accident involving two vehicles. The accident occurred at kilometer 331.100 and injured three people.
The causes of the impact are still being investigated. The Carabinieri, 118 personnel and Anas teams intervened on site, involved in emergency management and traffic restoration operations.
While waiting for the reopening of the affected section, traffic is diverted along the local road network, with appropriate signs positioned on site to facilitate motorists.
