The new Link service to reach the Reggio Calabria “Tito Minniti” airport and the GOM, the large metropolitan hospital, started last September, but is already particularly appreciated. Also confirmed are the links from Palmi to Palmi Centro, and those between Locri and Gerace and from Bianco to the Villa Romana Casignana. Furthermore, the Lamezia Airlink is always active, to and from the international airport of Lamezia Terme and the other Link services with the University of Calabria, easily reachable from the Castiglione Cosentino station, with the University of Magna Graecia and the Regional Citadel , reachable by bus from the Catanzaro and Catanzaro Lido stations. Regionale, starting from January 2025, will introduce a new automatic compensation system reserved for those who choose to purchase the digital ticket. Thanks to this function, it will no longer be necessary to take action to request compensation, which, we remind you, is expected in the event of a delay of more than 60 minutes. In fact, the system itself will automatically recognize the compensation and credit it, within 30 days of the trip, to the same payment instrument used for the purchase, further simplifying the travel experience.
The new features also include the possibility of purchasing the regional digital ticket directly at the ticket office, for a paperless and sustainable experience.
